Register for Mobile Banking
Go to the Register page on the SGSCC app.
Enter the following details:
NRIC
Date of Birth
Registered Email ID and Phone Number
Note: If your phone number has changed, update it with SGSCC before registering.Tap ‘Register’.
You’ll receive activation codes via Email/SMS to proceed. The activation code will be valid only for 24 hours. If you are unsure on the Apps Registration you can contact the Apps support officer at the COOP by emailing a request to admin@sgscoop.sg or contact@sgscoop.sg.
Activate Your Mobile Banking Account
Go to the Activate screen in the app.
Enter:
NRIC
Activation codes from SMS and Email
Create and confirm your new PIN
Tap ‘Activate’.
A confirmation Email/SMS will be sent about your successful activation.
Login
Enter your NRIC and PIN, then tap ‘Send OTP’.
Enter the OTP sent to your registered phone.
Tap ‘Login’.
You're now logged in!
Forgot your PIN?
Click ‘Forgot PIN’, follow the instructions, and use the temporary PIN sent via Email/SMS. You'll be prompted to set a new PIN upon logging in.
View Account Balances
After login, the home screen shows balances for your loan and savings accounts.
Swipe between accounts to view the latest 10 transactions.
For enquiries on your balances you can contact SGSCC via admin@sgscoop.sg or leave a phone message in the mailbox for staff to return your call.
Download E-Statements
Go to the E-Statements screen.
Choose the account and period.
Tap Download to get the statement.
Check the downloads/file manager or location to which the statement was downloaded to access it.
SD Withdrawal Request
Go to the Withdrawal screen in the app.
Select:
Your SD account
The destination bank account (must be registered with SGSCC)
The withdrawal amount
Review the withdrawal details.
Tap ‘Withdraw’.
🔔 Note: You must wait for SGSCC staff to process the current request before submitting a new one.
